By accessing or using the Woodoz application (“App”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Services

Woodoz is designed to simplify the process of importing and exporting wood between businesses. Key features include:

  • User & Company Registration: Create profiles for individuals and companies.
  • Product Inventory Management: Maintain detailed stock records of wood products.
  • Offer Creation: Generate detailed offers with pricing, shipping costs, taxes, and buyer/seller details.
  • Team Collaboration: Invite team members for collaborative management.
  • PDF Offer Generation: Create professional, shareable PDFs of offers.
  • Subscription Model: Users can create one offer for free; additional offers require a subscription.

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.
  • Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Refrain from uploading or sharing content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on others’ rights.

4. Subscription and Payment

While the App allows users to create one offer for free, generating additional offers requires a subscription. Subscription details, including pricing and payment terms, are provided within the App. By subscribing, you agree to the applicable fees and payment terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Woodoz or its licensors and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

6. Termination

Woodoz reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at its sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that it believes violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App itself.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Woodoz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the App.
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

8. Changes to Terms

Woodoz may modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting within the App. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law
